Publication of Final Terms

The Bank of Nova Scotia has agreed to issue €118,000,000 1.806 per cent. Covered Bonds due 26 April 2037, Series CBL47, on 26 April 2022 (the "Covered Bonds") for the CDN$100,000,000,000 Global Registered Covered Bond Program of The Bank of Nova Scotia, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by Scotiabank Covered Bond Guarantor Limited Partnership (the "Program")

 

The following document constitutes the Final Terms dated 22 April 2022 (the "Final Terms") relating to the issue of the Covered Bonds for purpose of Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of domestic law of the UK by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 3 September 2021, as supplemented by the First Supplement dated 18 October 2021, the Second Supplement dated 7 December 2021 and the Third Supplement dated 1 March 2022 (together, the "Prospectus").  Full information on The Bank of Nova Scotia and the offer of the Covered Bonds is only available on the basis of the combination of the Final Terms and the Prospectus.

 

The Final Terms have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
