Marshalls plc announces that all resolutions contained in the Notice of AGM dated 4 April 2022 previously circulated to shareholders were passed on a poll at the AGM of the Company held earlier today.

Resolutions 1 to 15 (inclusive) were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 16 to 20 (inclusive) were passed as special resolutions.
