Royal Bank of Canada has agreed to issue GBP500,000,000 3.625 per cent. Senior Notes due June 14, 2027, Series 65385 (the "Notes") pursuant to its Programme for the Issuance of Securities (the "Programme").
The following document constitutes the final terms dated June 10, 2022 (the "Final Terms") relating to the admission to trading of the Notes for purpose of Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 and as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (EUWA) and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated July 23, 2021, as supplemented by the 1st Supplementary Notes Base Prospectus dated August 31, 2021, the 2nd Supplementary Prospectus dated January 5, 2022, the 3rd Supplementary Prospectus dated February 25, 2022 and the 4th Supplementary Prospectus dated May 27, 2022 relating to the Programme (together, the "Prospectus"). Full information on Royal Bank of Canada and the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the Final Terms and the Prospectus.
