Legal & General Group Plc Board announces the appointment of Laura Wade-Gery as a member of the Group Risk Committee

The Board of Legal & General Group Plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Laura Wade-Gery as a member of the Group Risk Committee with effect from 1 August 2022.

Laura joined the Board on 3 January 2022 as a non-executive director and is a member of the Group Technology Committee and Group Nominations and Corporate Governance Committee. From 1 September 2022 Laura will chair the Group Technology Committee.
