Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified by Anne MacDonald, PDMR that she acquired 774 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each in the Company.
As per the Company's announcement on 31 May 2022 the shares were acquired through the scrip dividend alternative in connection with the final dividend of 23 cents per share payable on 13 June 2022. The Scrip Reference price was 951.08p with a pound sterling equivalent of 18.3p per share.
