Conversion Rate for 2022 Interim Dividend

 

Further to the announcement of the results of Fresnillo plc (the "Company") for the six months ended 30 June 2022 released on 2 August 2022, the directors of the Company have determined that the exchange rate applicable to the 2022 interim dividend is 1.20810 US$/GB£. The sterling equivalent of the interim dividend of 3.40 US cents per share announced on 2 August 2022 will therefore be 2.8143 pence per share.

 

The interim dividend will be paid on 14 September 2022 to shareholders on the register on 12 August 2022.
