Appointment of Auditor
Change of Registered Office
Spiritus Mundi plc (LSE: SPMU), the Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) which will seek to acquire targets in Europe and Asia in the clinical diagnostics sector, is pleased to announce the appointment of MHA MacIntyre Hudson ("MHA") as the Company's auditor.
MHA will conduct the audit of the Company's financial statements for the financial period to 30 September 2022 and a proposal to re-appoint MHA as auditors of the Company will be subject to the approval of shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Spiritus Mundi was incorporated in April 2021 and as announced on 28 July 2022 the Company's accounting reference date and financial year end has been changed from the 30 April to the 30 September. The Company's financial statements to 30 September 2022 will therefore be the first required to be published under the Companies Act.
Change of Registered Office
The Company's registered office has changed to 8th Floor, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London, EC2A 2EW, with immediate effect.
