Christoph J. Martin, a Director of the Company and PDMR acquired 68,163 Ordinary Shares following the exercise of vested options granted under the EMI Option Scheme under the Company's Historical Share Option Plans, namely the PensionBee Limited EMI Share Option Scheme.
