RWS Holdings plc ("RWS" or "the Company"), a unique world-leading provider of technology-enabled language, content and intellectual property services, announces that it has been informed Lara Boro, a non-executive director of the Company, has acquired 2,950 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 332.82 pence per share. Following this share purchase, Lara Boro has a total beneficial interest in 8,000 shares in the Company.
