Interim Dividend Announcement

The Company is pleased to declare an interim dividend of 1.0 pence per share covering the period 01 August 2022 to 31 October 2022.

This interim dividend represents approximately 6% (on an annualised basis) of the 31 October 2022 Net Asset Value.

Based on the current outlook, the Board is targeting the continuation of the payment of 6% dividend (annualised) of the prevailing quarterly Net Asset Value whilst it remains prudent to do so.

Distribution amount per share:	1.0 pence
Ex-dividend date:	15 December 2022
Dividend record date:	16 December 2022
Payment date:	13 January 2023
