Network International Holdings Plc (LSE: NETW) (the "Company"), the leading enabler of digital commerce across the Middle East and Africa (MEA), announces that Suryanarayan Subramanian, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has notified the Board of his intention to retire as a Director on 31 December 2022.
Commenting on Surya's retirement, Sir Ron Kalifa, OBE, said:

His expertise, coupled with his long-standing strategic and shareholder experience, has helped lay the foundations for Network's future growth. Surya will leave the Network Board with our best wishes."
