Implementation of Scheme of Arrangement to Establish NOHC

 

On 3 January 2023, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited implemented a scheme of arrangement to establish a non-operating holding company, ANZ Group Holdings Limited as the new listed parent company of the ANZ Group. ANZ Group Holdings Limited released a document titled "Implementation of Scheme of Arrangement to Establish NOHC".
