Announcement on
Remuneration of Part of Directors, Supervisors and Senior Management
China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (the "Company") published its 2021 annual report on 27 March 2022, which includes the remuneration of the chairman, president, vice chairman of the board of supervisors and vice presidents of the Company. In accordance with the requirements of relevant policies, and after assessment and confirmation by the competent authorities, the supplemental disclosure of the remuneration of the above personnel during the relevant tenure in the Company in 2021 is as follows:

Notes:
1. Total remuneration payable (before tax) listed in this table includes basic salaries, bonuses, allowances, subsidies, employee welfare and various insurance premiums, provident funds, annuities, and other forms of remuneration received from the Company payable in 2021. According to Provisional Guidelines on Compensation Management of Insurance Companies (Bao Jian Fa [2012] No. 63) and relevant policies and rules of the Company, performance-related remuneration of the Company's senior management takes the form of deferred payment, which is included in total remuneration payable (before tax) listed in this table, including the amounts disclosed in the 2021 annual report.
2. In March 2021, Mr. MA Xin ceased to serve as board secretary of the Company due to a change of work division.
3. In May 2021, Mr. ZHAO Yonggang ceased to serve as vice president of the Company due to an adjustment in his work arrangement.
