DIVERSIFIED ENERGY COMPANY PLC (LSE: DEC), announces that further to the announcement of 9 February 2023 regarding the Capital Raise, the Company has posted a circular (the "Circular"), notice of general meeting and form of proxy to shareholders convening the General Meeting ("GM").
The GM will be held at the offices of FTI Consulting, 200 Aldersgate, Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4HD, United Kingdom at 2 p.m. (UK time) on 27 February 2023. A copy of the circular and notice of general meeting is also be available on the Company's website: https://ir.div.energy/.
