APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Cheryl Potter, former head of the global consumer team at private equity firm, Permira, will join the board of Marks and Spencer Group plc ("M&S") as a Non-Executive Director effective from 1 March 2023.
During Cheryl's 20-year career at Permira - a global private equity firm with €75bn assets under management - she built a highly successful track record as an investor and steward of portfolio companies, working with management teams to build better businesses.
