Tekmar Group (AIM: TGP), a leading provider of technology and services for the global offshore energy markets, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 30 September 2022 is being posted to shareholders and will also be available to view on the Company's website at: https://investors.tekmar.co.uk/investors/investor-centre/.
The Annual Report and Accounts will be laid before the Company in a general meeting to be held at 11.00am on 31 March 2023 at Innovation House, Centurion Way, Darlington, DL3 0UP. The Notice of General Meeting which sets out the resolutions to be proposed at that meeting is being posted to shareholders today.
