Notice of Full Year Results

888 (LSE: 888), one of the world's leading betting and gaming companies with internationally renowned brands including 888, William Hill, Mr Green and SI Sportsbook, will announce its Full Year Results for the year ended 31 December 2022, together with a trading update for the first quarter of 2023 on Friday 14 April 2023.

The Board confirms that 2022 results are consistent with the post-close trading update on 13 January 2023, with revenues of £1.85 billion and Adjusted EBITDA of approximately £310 million, both on a proforma basis. Furthermore, the Board confirms it is confident with current market expectations for Adjusted EBITDA for FY23.

A presentation for analysts and investors will be held remotely at 9:00am (BST) on the day, hosted by Lord Mendelsohn, Executive Chair, Yariv Dafna, Chief Financial Officer, and Vaughan Lewis, Chief Strategy Officer.

A Q&A session for debtholders will also be held on the day, at 13:00pm (BST).
