88 Energy Limited (ASX:88E, AIM:88E, OTC:EEENF) (88 Energy or the Company) confirms that Dr Stephen Staley, Non-executive Director of the Company, elected to participate in the non-renounceable rights issue launched by the Company on 31 July 2023 and has taken up rights to acquire 1,451,883 ordinary shares in the Company directly, and a further 82,500 through a related company, Derwent Resources Limited ("DRL").
Following this participation, Dr Staley is interested in a total of 13,435,217 ordinary shares directly, and a further 907,500 ordinary shares through DRL.
