Appointment of Senior Independent Director
Galliford Try Holdings plc, the UK construction group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Marisa Cassoni, Non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee, as Senior Independent Director with effect from 1 November 2023.
Marisa joined the board as a Non-executive Director on 1 September 2018 and assumes the role of Senior Independent Director on the current incumbent, Terry Miller, stepping down from the board.
This announcement is made in accordance with UK Listing Rule LR 9.6.11.
