NAHL (AIM: NAH), a leading UK marketing and services business focused on the consumer legal market, today announces the issue and allotment of 608,406 new ordinary shares of £0.0025 each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of certain share options.

 

As part of this exercise, James Saralis (Group Chief Executive) and Chris Higham (Group Chief Financial Officer) exercised 233,587 and 46,000 share options respectively. These share options were granted on 23 April 2021 and with an exercise price of £0.0025 pence per share. Following this exercise of share options, their respective interests in the Group's enlarged issued share capital are as follows:

Application has been made for the 608,406 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 22 May 2024 ("Admission"). The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Group.

 

Total voting rights

 

Following the exercise of options and Admission, the issued share capital of the Group will consist of 47,518,103 Ordinary Shares, none of which are held in treasury. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the issued share capital of the Group under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
