Frenkel Topping Announces Partnership with New Major Trauma Centre at Sheffield Childrens Hospital via Cardinal Management Limited

Frenkel Topping Group (AIM: FEN), a specialist professional and financial services firm operating in the Personal Injury (PI) Clinical Negligence (CN) space, is delighted to announce that Cardinal Management Limited ("Cardinal") has agreed a partnership with a new NHS Major Trauma Centre at Sheffield Children's Hospital. This takes the total number of Major Trauma Centres ("MTCs") supported by Cardinal Management to eleven.

Frenkel Topping acquired Cardinal in January 2022, enabling the Group to better support the interests of claimants and the work of their professional representatives.

Over the last seven years the Major Trauma Signposting Partnership delivered by Cardinal, has helped more than 8,000 patients at NHS Major Trauma Centres.

The Company is pleased to see the continued performance and contribution of Cardinal to the Company and the continued momentum in winning new trauma centres. Cardinal is core to the Group's strategy and service offering to clients.

Andrew Pemberton, Managing Director of Cardinal, said:

We are delighted to be able to start supporting patients and families at Sheffield Childrens's Hospital.  This now means that four out of the five children's MTCs have chosen to work with Cardinal and the Major Trauma Signposting Partnership (MTSP).

Protecting a child's compensation award is in many ways even more important than for adults, so having the MTSP legal panel on board will be hugely important for families whose children have suffered a major trauma.
