Operational Update
Accelerating Social Cyber Threat Intelligence Opportunity
Narf Industries plc (LSE: Narf), the cybersecurity group specialising in high-end threat intelligence and critical infrastructure security, is pleased to provide further information on its plans to accelerate work on its cutting-edge social cyberthreat intelligence capabilities.
In a RNS dated 1 May 2024, Narf highlighted the ability of its new generation threat intelligence tools to discover and address emergent open-source security threats, such as the much-publicized XZ Utils backdoor, which went undiscovered by conventional cybersecurity tools. Management reported it is working to rapidly adjust resources and plans to address this most pressing cyber threat and maintain a multi-year head start in this market.
The Company has published an overview presentation it recently used for a non-deal roadshow on its website which updates details on the opportunity and its near plans and strategies. It can be downloaded here:
Steve Bassi, Narf President and CEO said, "As presented, we are making exceptional progress with targeting new opportunities and reallocating resources to keep pace with this significant near-term demand. We will provide future updates over the next 120 days as we expect first contract awards and work with industry partners to form go-to-market alliances."
