Holdings in Company

CPH2, the UK-based green hydrogen technology and manufacturing company that has developed the IP-protected Membrane-Free Electrolyser ("MFE") has been informed that Dr Nigel Williamson has transferred 14,000,000 shares to The Nigel Williamson Family Trust.

 

Following the transaction, The Nigel Williamson Family Trust holds 5.22% interest in the Company and Dr Williamson retains 3.78% interest in the Company.
