NOTICE OF HALF YEAR 2024 RESULTS

Essentra plc, a leading global provider of essential components and solutions, will report its half year results for the six months ended 30 June 2024 on 30 July 2024.

The results will be published at 7:00 am (UK time) that day through the regulatory news service (RNS) and on the Company's website http://www.essentraplc.com.

There will be a presentation to analysts and investors starting at 9:00 am, with registration from 8:30 am, on Tuesday 30 July 2024, at the offices of Peel Hunt, 100 Liverpool Street, London EC2M 2AT.

There are two options for participating in the event:
