Investor Update
The Board of Schroder BSC Social Impact Trust plc (the "Company"), which provides a unique investment opportunity to address UK social challenges, is pleased to announce the publication of its latest Investor Update.
Highlights
- A new £5 million commitment was made to Simply Affordable Homes in April 2024, managed by Savills Investment Management.
- A report on social outcomes contracts was recently published by ATQ Consultants for the Portfolio Manager, Better Society Capital. The report demonstrates that social outcomes contracts - a method of public service delivery which enables prevention - have saved the taxpayer £507 million in fiscal value alone since 2010.
- On 26 June 2024, the Company published its Quarterly NAV to 31 March 2024, reporting an 8.58% total NAV/share return since inception in December 2020 (2.54% annualised).
- Continued strong pipeline of new and follow-on High Impact Investments, allowing efficient re-deployment of capital as it is being repaid.

- Simply Affordable Homes: Delivering affordable homes for lower income households and people currently requiring social housing in the UK's areas of most need; and
- Turning Tides Social Outcomes Contract (Bridges Social Outcomes Fund II): Improving the emotional resilience and wellbeing of young people.
