Quilter plc ("Quilter" or the "Company") announces that Tim Breedon has notified the Company of his intention to retire from the Quilter Board in September 2024. A further announcement will be made in due course once the effective date is known.
Commenting on today's announcement, Ruth Markland, Quilter Chair, said, "Tim has played a significant role on the Quilter Board since joining in 2020 and I am grateful for the support he has provided to me and the Board during his time as Senior Independent Director. On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Tim for his commitment and valuable contribution to Quilter during his tenure."

Tim Breedon is the Senior Independent Director and Workforce Engagement Director, Chair of the Board Remuneration Committee and a member of the Board Corporate Governance and Nominations Committee. He is also Chair of Quilter Investors Limited and a member of the Boards of Quilter Investment Platform Limited, Quilter Life & Pensions Limited and Quilter Financial Planning Limited.
