Director Declaration
The Company announces that as at today's date, Nicky Dulieu has stepped down as a Non-Executive Director of Redrow plc after clearance by the UK Competition and Markets Authority of the combination of Barratt Developments plc (which has changed its name today to Barratt Redrow plc) and Redrow plc.
Following this, Nicky Dulieu has been appointed to the Board of Barratt Redrow plc as a Non-Executive Director with effect from today's date. Nicky will also serve as a member of the Audit, Nomination, Remuneration and Sustainability Committees, and will be the Designated Non-Executive Director for Workforce Engagement.
