Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting
ASOS Plc announces that it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts 2024. In addition, the Company announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.30pm on Wednesday 22 January 2025 at the Company's registered office at Greater London House, Hampstead Road, London, NW1 7FB. The Notice of Meeting ("Notice") has also been published today and both the Annual Report and Accounts 2024 and the Notice will be posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications in due course.
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2024 and the Notice are available on the Company's website at https://www.asosplc.com/investor-relations/
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, copies of the following documents have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

· Notice of Annual General Meeting.
