Appointment of Non-executive Director

Alumasc, the premium sustainable building products, systems and solutions group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Barraclough as a Non-executive Director with effect from 1 August 2025.

Andrew  is a qualified architect and has 40 years' experience as a business leader in the construction industry, with a particular focus and expertise in design.  Andrew was until recently Group Design Director at the Wates Group, the private £2bn construction, development and property services company. Prior to joining Wates in 2014, Andrew worked for 19 years (latterly as Director of Performance) at HOK, one of the world's largest architectural practices.

Andrew will also become a member of the Group's Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

The following information is disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in relation to Andrew Sydney Barraclough, aged 66:

Mr Barraclough does not hold any shares in Alumasc.
