COMPLETION OF SHARE BUYBACK PROGRAMME

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("Reckitt" or the "Company") confirms the successful completion of the third and final tranche of its current £1 billion share buyback programme (the "Third Tranche") announced on 9 December 2024.

Under the Third Tranche, between 12 December 2024 and 30 June 2025, the Company has purchased 9,920,979 ordinary shares of 10p each (the "Ordinary Shares") at an average price of £50.40, and which are now held in treasury.

Aligned with the Company's capital allocation policy and ongoing commitment to returning surplus cash to shareholders, Reckitt intends to announce a new buyback programme alongside the Company's HY 2025 results, scheduled for 24 July 2025.
