Publication of 2025 Annual Report

Adjournment of Annual General Meeting

Mind Gym plc (AIM: MIND), the global provider of human capital and business improvement solutions, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled to be held at 9:00am on Wednesday, 16 July 2025, will be adjourned.

The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025, which included the Notice of AGM, were published on the Company's website on 12 June 2025 and printed copies were posted to shareholders on 17 June 2025. However, it has since come to the Company's attention that, due to an administrative error, certain shareholders who had elected to receive shareholder communications electronically did not receive the Annual Report, Accounts and Notice of the AGM. As a result, those shareholders have not received sufficient notice of the AGM in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association and applicable regulatory requirements.

The Company believes that the AGM would still be valid under the provisions of the Company's articles of association. However. to ensure that all shareholders have adequate time to consider the resolutions and exercise their voting rights, the Chairman will adjourn the AGM and no business will be carried out on 16 July 2025. The rescheduled AGM will now take place at 9:00am on Wednesday, 17 September at 160 Kensington High Street, London, W8 7RG.

A revised Notice of the adjourned AGM, setting out full details of the resolutions to be proposed, will be published on the Company's website and sent to shareholders shortly.

Shareholders are advised not to attend the originally scheduled AGM on 16 July 2025.
