Appointment of Non-Executive Director
As announced earlier today, 10 July 2025, James France has been appointed to the Mulberry board of directors (the "Board") as a non executive director with effect from 30 July 2025. James France will represent Frasers Group plc ("Frasers"), the Company's 37.1 per cent. shareholder, on the Board.
James France has worked for Frasers for 8 years, joining that company in October 2016. He is a senior member of the Leadership Team at Frasers and is responsible for Fraser's global real estate portfolio comprising over 1,500 stores and a multi-billion real estate investment portfolio. James also leads M&A activities at Frasers Group, growing Frasers' strategic licensing partnerships across the world and other corporate activity including Fraser Groups recent announcement of their partnership with Accent Group, Australia and the acquisition of Holdsport Holdings in South Africa. He previously held the position of Group Head of Real Estate. James France is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
