Creation of the Prosus Brazilian Depositary Receipts (BDR) Programme 

Prosus is pleased to announce the approval and launch of its Brazilian Depositary Receipts (BDR) programme (PRBX) on the B3 (Brazil Stock Exchange and Over-the-Counter Market) in Brazil, managed by Itaú Unibanco S.A.

This strategic initiative reflects our continued commitment to expanding our global visibility and diversifying our shareholder base, with an enhanced focus on the Brazilian market. The BDR programme is backed up by our successful American Depositary Receipts (ADR) programme in the United States.

The Prosus BDR programme will provide Brazilian investors with seamless access to the company's shares while strengthening Prosus' engagement with local investors, consumers, and customers. Prosus looks forward to engaging with Brazilian investors and establishing a robust foundation for long-term growth and collaboration.
