Board Change
Truetide plc (AIM: TRUE) announces that Dr Susan Hagan will step down from the Board as Non-Executive Director with effect from 31 December 2025. The Board of Truetide would like to thank Sue for her valuable contribution during her time with the Company and wishes her well for the future.
The Company will commence the search for a new independent non-executive director and further updates will be made in due course.
