Director Dealing
The Company announces that it was notified on 13 February 2026 by Gareth Kaminski-Cook, Non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, that:
- on 11 February 2026, he purchased 2,350 common shares in the Company of US$0.025 each ("Common Shares"), at a price of £0.47 per Common Share; and
- on 12 February 2026, he purchased 2,100 common shares in the Company of US$0.025 each ("Common Shares"), at a price of £0.46 per Common Share.
Following these transactions, Mr. Kaminski-Cook holds 4,450 Common Shares representing 0.02 per cent of the total issued capital of the Company.
