Investment Manager Share Purchases
The Company, an operationally focused specialist digital infrastructure investor managed by Cordiant Capital Inc (the Investment Manager), is pleased to confirm that Steven Marshall, Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Management, on 13 February 2026 has purchased a total of 530,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 103.12 pence. Following this purchase, Mr Marshall owns a total of 15,201,026 ordinary shares.
The number of ordinary shares held by the Directors of the Company, the Investment Manager and members of the Investment Manager's team after recent trading is 17,569,318, representing 2.29% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
