Notice of Capital Markets Event for Cyber business

NCC Group plc (LSE: NCC, "NCC Group" or "the Group) will host a Capital Markets Event for institutional investors and sell-side analysts focusing on its Cyber business on Friday 13 March 2026 from 11:00 to 13:00 (UK time).

The event, hosted by Mike Maddison, CEO, and Guy Ellis, CFO, will bring to life the Cyber business proposition and its growth strategy, and will include presentations from other members of the Executive management team. A tour of the HQ will also be provided after the event for those attending in person.

The event will be hosted in-person at NCC Group's Manchester office at 2 Hardman Blvd, Manchester M3 3AQ and live-streamed via a webcast. A recording of the webcast will be made available on NCC's Plc website (https://www.ncc.com/investor-relations/) as soon as possible following the presentation.
