C&C Group plc announces that Vineet Bhalla, Independent Non-Executive Director, has notified the Company of his decision to step down from the Board of C&C Group plc with effect from 28 February 2026, to focus on his executive role at Cancer Research UK.

Ralph Findlay, Chair of C&C Group plc, said: 

"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Vineet for his valuable contribution and support during his almost five years tenure and wish him well in his future endeavours."

This notification is made in accordance with UKLR 6.4.6.
