The Company advises that it is in a closed period (in accordance with the provisions of the Market Abuse Regulation) in relation to the announcement of the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025.

The Company confirms that all inside information (as defined in the Market Abuse Regulation) which the Directors and the Company may have held has been announced to the market.  Accordingly, in the absence of any new undisclosed inside information arising, the Company is not prohibited from issuing new 2029 ZDP Shares through the block listing, during the period prior to release of the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025. The Board anticipates that the Annual Report and Financial Statements will be announced to the market on or around Thursday 26 March 2026.
