Publication of a Circular

The Directors of Aberdeen UK Smaller Companies Growth Trust plc (the "Company") are seeking shareholder authority for the proposal to renew its share buyback authority.

Accordingly, the Company has today published a circular (the "Circular") setting out details of this proposal. The Circular includes the notice of meeting to convene a general meeting (the "General Meeting") at which the appropriate shareholder authority will be sought. The General Meeting will be held at 11:30 a.m. on 31 March 2026 at the offices of Aberdeen Group plc, 18 Bishops Square, London E1 6EG.

Terms used and not defined in this announcement shall have the meanings given to them in the Circular.
