Athens, Greece / London, United Kingdom - March 27, 2026 - METLEN Energy & Metals PLC (METLEN or "Company") announces that, following a request from its external auditors, the publication of its FY 2025 financial results will be deferred by nine calendar days. The Company's external auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS S.A. require more time to complete their standard audit procedures over the first financial statements of the Company as a dual-listed company on the London Stock Exchange and ATHEX.
The Company reiterates guidance with regard to expected EBITDA for 2025 of circa €750mn, in line with previous communication on February 6th.
METLEN will publish its financial results for the year ended 31st December 2025 on 9 April 2026.
