Liontrust, the independent fund management group, announces that in accordance with the Company's Share Buyback programme, as outlined in its announcement on 27 November 2025, that it has purchased 20,609 of its ordinary shares ("Shares") at a price of 247.80 pence per Share. The purchased Shares will be cancelled.

Following the purchase, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 61,684,486 Shares. The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury therefore, the total number of Shares carrying voting rights in the Company is 61,684,486.

The above figure of 61,684,486 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
