Skillcast Group plc (AIM: SKL), the governance, risk and compliance ("GRC") software and e-learning provider, will announce its final results for the year ended 31 December 2025 (the "FY25 Results"), on Wednesday, 29 April 2026.

The Company is also pleased to announce that Vivek Dodd and Richard Steele will provide a live presentation relating to the Annual Results via Investor Meet Company on 01 May 2026, 12:00 BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 30 Apr 2026, 09:00 BST, or at any time during the live presentation.
