Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc ("the Company") refers to its earlier corporate action announcement dated April 30, 2026, wherein the Company confirmed the currency exchange rate for dividend payments to shareholders listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
Further to the foregoing, kindly be informed that the payment date for shareholders listed on the LSE is May 20, 2026.
The Company refers to its earlier announcement dated March 31, 2026, in respect of the payment of dividend for the financial year ended December 31, 2025, which indicated that dividend payable to shareholders listed on the LSE will be settled in United States Dollar.
