In accordance with article 14, § 1 of the law of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of major holdings Norges Bank has notified Umicore on 29 April 2022 that on 25 April 2022 it has crossed the statutory threshold of 5% upwards for direct voting rights. In total (direct voting rights + equivalent financial instruments) Norges Bank holds 5.15% of Umicore's shares and voting rights.
