Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, notice is hereby given that Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH on 11 January 2023 informed SP Group A/S that Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH on 5 January 2023 has increased its portfolio by 11,569 number of SP Group shares and now holds 636,231 number of shares, each with a nominal value of DKK 2.00 corresponding to 5.09 % of the share capital and voting rights of SP Group A/S.
