(“Bombardier”) today announced that it has issued a notice of redemption for all of its outstanding 8.750% Senior Notes due 2021 (the “Notes”). As set forth in the notice of redemption issued today pursuant to the terms of the indenture governing the Notes, the redemption date is July 2, 2021, and the redemption price will be calculated on June 28, 2021. Bombardier will disclose the redemption price by press release on June 28, 2021.
