(“InnovAge” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: INNV), an industry leader in providing comprehensive healthcare programs to frail, predominantly dual-eligible seniors through the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), today announced financial results for its fiscal third quarter ended March 31, 2024.

For the nine months ended March 31, 2024, this includes (i) $2.6 million of costs associated with third party consultants as we implement our core provider initiatives, assess our risk-bearing payor capabilities, and strengthen our enterprise capabilities (ii) $0.3 million of costs related to severance and other organizational costs and (iii) $0.8 million related to charges for technology improvements, environmental, sustainability, and governance reporting, and other non-recurring charges.
