Release of an ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR. The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. Medartis announces that its CEO, Christoph Brönnimann, has decided to resign from his position and leave the company to pursue other opportunities. Christoph will continue to lead Medartis until a successor is onboarded. He will remain focused on the execution of the company’s strategy and committed to a smooth transition to the new leadership. The Board has initiated a search for his successor and will announce an appointment in due course.
