HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 29, 2024-- Cheniere Energy, Inc. (“Cheniere”) (NYSE: LNG) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.500 ($2.00 annualized) per common share, an increase of approximately 15% from the prior quarter, payable on November 18, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 8, 2024.
